Isabel Inguanzo
Intake Manager
Isabel Inguanzo heads the firm’s Intake Department and manages a team of Intake Specialists who interface with prospective clients seeking legal assistance with a variety of employment -related, civil rights, and business litigation matters.
Isabel joined the Buckley Bala Wilson Mew LLP team in 2017 and works closely with the partners, associate-level attorneys, support staff, and intake team to ensure that prospective clients’ legal inquiries are reviewed and evaluated for possible representation in a thorough and efficient manner. Whether the legal inquiry involves discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower investigations, workers compensation, wage and hour disputes, or assistance with shareholder disputes, breach of contract, non-compete, employment, or severance agreements, Isabel strives to ensure that prospective clients receive compassion and respect as they go through the intake process.
Her work experience prior to joining the firm is diverse and extensive. For many years, Isabel worked hand-in-hand with the owners of Saturn Supplements, Inc. to facilitate the operation and worldwide growth of this international health/fitness company. Prior to that, she was Co-founder of Omada Technology Solutions, a boutique healthcare IT consulting firm. For eight years prior to that, Isabel served as Director of Marketing for APCO Graphics, Inc., an award-winning leader in the architectural signage industry.
Isabel is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgia State University with a major in French (concentration in commerce) and a minor in Marketing. She also earned a paralegal certificate from Emory University, where she graduated at the top of her class.
Isabel is a native of Miami, Florida and moved to Atlanta in 1982. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors on a sunny day, reading, and exploring the variety of arts, culture, dining, music, and entertainment options Atlanta has to offer.
