Elena Komsky

Elena Komsky graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. She then obtained her J.D. from Florida State University, graduating cum laude. She has worked as an employment and civil rights attorney since 2015.

Elena discovered her passion for helping employees while working as an intern for a non-profit in Maryland. She has successfully represented employees in numerous professions in sex discrimination, race discrimination, national origin discrimination, age discrimination, and disability discrimination cases, as well as whistleblower actions. She is a zealous advocate and an aggressive litigator. She defeated motions for summary judgment in an overwhelming majority of her cases in a jurisdiction where it is granted most of the time. She has negotiated the successful resolution of numerous cases always while demonstrating empathy for her clients. She is multilingual, fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.

She is a member of both the Georgia and Florida bars.
